According to GitHub's official blog, Spark handles all technical infrastructure automatically, including data management, hosting, deployments, and GitHub authentication. The platform is powered by Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 4, which interprets user requests and generates production-ready code.

The system also automatically creates GitHub repositories equipped with GitHub Actions for continuous integration and Dependabot for security updates .
