The startup iKoffy presented the smart mug GoBrew. This is not just a thermos mug, but a high-tech gadget with a volume of 296 ml. At its base are waterproof electronic components : a board, a pressure sensor, an LED display and a 400 mAh battery. One charge is enough for a month of daily use.
The mug communicates with a smartphone via Bluetooth. A special application helps to accurately measure the required amount of beans, monitors the brewing time and other parameters. The user can choose a ready-made recipe or experiment, saving the results.
The GoBrew body is made of stainless steel with an enamel coating on the outside and a ceramic interior. The conical shape of the interior is designed to improve the circulation of coffee and reveal its aroma. The polycarbonate lid closes hermetically, and the liquid inside remains hot for up to 5 hours.
