WhatsApp is now available for Android smartwatch Wear OS

WhatsApp is now compatible with Wear OS, bringing the ability to use the app on a smartwatch.

The most recent version of WhatsApp beta for Android is now functional with Wear OS, an Android operating system made specifically for smartwatches. The smartwatch app has made it possible for customers to stay in touch and access their chats and messages from their smartwatch. The app currently offers functions including voice messages and chat messaging.

When WhatsApp tries to connect your account to a Wear OS device, a prompt will appear. You must update your app to the most recent version of WhatsApp for Android (version 2.23.10.10) on the Google Play Store in order to download the app. An 8-digit code will show on the watch when you link the smartwatch app to your WhatsApp account, requesting you to enter the code on your device. You may start using WhatsApp on your smartwatch after entering the code, which will securely sync your chats across all of your devices.

The Pixel Watch, Galaxy Watch 4 (LTE) (Bluetooth) (Classic), Watch 5 (Pro), Fossil Watch 6, TicWatch, and any other wearables that support Wear OS may now all be equipped with WhatsApp. WhatsApp is also now available on the Android Wear platform.
