How Would Michael Jackson Look Without Cosmetic Surgery
Michael Jackson was one of the most loved singers of the world. He was a talented singer and dancer. His album “Thriller” is claimed to be the best seller of all time with a total of 65 million copies that were sold. Despite his constant denial of the fact, we all know that he went through a significant number of surgeries throughout his life time.
All the operations that Jackson went through including cheek implants, chin restructuring, skin bleaching Botox, lip augmentation, fillers, and the multiple procedures on his nose, changed Michael’s face and made him a completely different looking person by the end of his time. In his last days, it had become impossible to recognize the heart winning child we all knew once. It is believed that Jackson had so many procedures done on his nose, that in his later days Michael’s nose got so thin and pointy that his airways were blocked.

It is clear that vanity was not the only reason for the child star to change his appearance. Apparently, MJ was abused as a child, and the abuse had got to his head to the extent that Michael was dissatisfied with his face, maybe it somehow brought back his violent past which he did not want to remember.
So he decided to change himself and ended up looking like this.
According to his sister La Toya: when Michael decided to get his first nose job, he first went to his mother, and asked for her permission. After realizing that Michael was free to go through a nose job, he was still nervous about the procedure, so he went to his mother and asked her to be his guinea pig, after disapproval from her, he went to his sister and asked her to get a surgery done first so that Michael would know the consequences. Michael only had his procedure done after his sister went through it first and her nose turned out fine.
Jackson, later on, justified his nose job in an interview. He said “‘I’ve had no plastic surgery on my face, just my nose. It helped me breathe better so I can hit higher notes. I am telling you the honest truth; I didn’t do anything to my face.”
Dr. Eda Gorbis, the expert in dimorphic disorder, begs to differ, in his view, it would take 100s of procedure on a person’s face to make it look as different as Michael’s.
After going through the ridiculous amounts of surgery, Michael looked like the above picture when he died. But what would he have looked like if he had let his face be? A recent documentary made an image of Michael’s real face as a grown up. The image below shows how it would have looked.
The image shows that our beloved MJ would have looked absolutely gorgeous as a grown black man. But we don’t know the demons present in his head that led him to take such drastic decisions. But however, he looked; Michael Jackson is surly one of the greatest musicians to ever walk the earth. May he rest in peace.
