If you plan on cooking while being on your period, you’ll be at a higher risk of hurting someone. You must be wondering that how is it possible, right! Well, the answer to this is straightforward; when you are in your kitchen, most likely there would be a knife somewhere around you. What will happen if you saddening have an emotional attack, which is a possibility in such state you are in. So if you are holding a knife in your hand and you lose control, there can be terrifying consequences. Only make sure to stay away from the kitchen.
Keep yourself away from your cell phone, during menstruation your emotions are elevated too high. You might end up texting your ex, not such a good idea, right! It’s an emotional time for you, probably your mood changes every other minute. And you will end up making the worst mistakes of your life, just like texting or calling up your ex. And then you’ll decide that you want to get back together with him. Without even thinking that if he were worth it, it would have worked out the first time. And if he is what he is, a douche! He wouldn’t wanna be interested in getting back together. So the wise choice is to stay away from the very thing, which can cause all this chaos, your phone!

What people say is that eating too much chocolate is not at all bad for you; in fact, it can make you feel better when you are on your period. Eating a few candy bars is just fine but going loco over it is insanity. And it does you no good. In the end, you will be cursing
